Gradzyl is a life management app. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and store the following information:

• App content you choose to add, such as calendar events, timetable items, assignments, modules, tasks, meals, shopping lists, budget entries, savings information, workouts, saved workout plans and workout history.
• Shared and social information, such as friend connections, shared calendar membership, shared lists, shared meals, shared modules and invitations.
• Device and notification information, such as push notification tokens needed to send app notifications.
• Support information you provide when contacting us, including your email address and the content of your enquiry.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide app features, including calendar, timetable, budget, assignment, meal, shopping, workout and shared planning features.
• To sync your data across devices and keep your account backed up.
• To support shared features where you choose to interact with friends or shared calendars.
• To send notifications that you enable or that are needed for app functionality.
• To respond to support requests, account queries and product enquiries.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse and improve app reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data where needed to provide the service, where you choose to share information with another user through app features, or where required by law.

Examples include shared calendars, shared meals, shopping lists, assignments or friend-related features where the information is intentionally shared with selected users.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. User data is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported by the app and hosting provider.

Data retention

We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise associated account data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or regulatory reasons.

Children and young users

Gradzyl is intended to help users organise everyday life, study and routines. If you are under the age required to create an account in your country, you should only use the app with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
