These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gradzyl website and mobile app. By using Gradzyl, you agree to these Terms.

Gradzyl is a life management app that includes planning, budgeting, calendar, timetable, meals, shopping, assignments, modules, workouts, saved plans and shared organisation tools.
You may need an account to use app features. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You should provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You own the information you add to Gradzyl. You give us permission to process that information so we can provide the app features you use. If you use shared features, the information you choose to share may be visible to the users you share it with.
Gradzyl helps you organise information and routines. It does not provide medical, fitness, financial, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using information you enter into the app.
We aim to keep Gradzyl reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party hosting issues or technical problems. We may update, improve or remove features as the product develops.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data. See our Delete Account page for details.
Gradzyl, including its branding, design, software and content, belongs to Gradzyl or its licensors. You must not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradzyl is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made using the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, breach these Terms, or create security, legal or operational risks.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
